(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, nothing written in this Act shall be deemed to interfere with the settlement of disputes through arbitration in accordance with the Local Self-Government Act, 2055. However, until Sections 33 and 101 of the said Act, if the court or quasi-judicial body deems it necessary to send the case pending before it to the local level for conciliation, such case can be sent to such body with the consent of the concerned parties and the concerned local level.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if a case is referred to the local level for conciliation, the concerned body may, as necessary, adopt a separate procedure to mediate between the parties of such case.
